Refresh db from the console

This is a command I run very often.  Below is an example to refresh a single database in the EU\CSSD\eSupport directory. 


Load design -f EU\CSSD\eSupport\eSupport.nsf 

-f indicates a file 
-d is used if I wanted to update all of the apps in the single directory  -  Load design -d EU\CSSD\eSupport
